I'm tired, I'm heartsick, I'm dazed by the wreckage of beautiful hotels I have stayed at, but right now, for this second I am thankful that my loved ones are okay.
Hope you and your loved ones have a safe Thanksgiving.

I thought of you when I was watching CNN, because I thought I remembered your family was there. I 'm glad to hear everyone you love is safe. It give s a wole new meaning to thanksgiving, doesn't it?
Thank goodness they're safe. I've only heard in general what's going on but haven't had a chance to really catch up on what's happening. I did think of you, though, so I'm glad to hear everyone's OK.
Glad to hear everyone in your family is safe.
What a scary thing!! My first thought was of you - remembering that you had just been there. I am so glad you are safe.
You get used to seeing places you've never been being blown apart by bombs ... and then it happens somewhere you know and love and suddenly it's very real.
I'm glad your loved ones are safe.
I'm so glad that everyone you care about is safe, but feel sick that it had to happen.
I felt the same way as you when the London Underground was bombed. I have lots of friends and family who commute by tube every day, and it took a while to hear back from everyone. Even though you know the odds they're involved are so slim, you still worry. My friend's sister missed one of the trains by a couple of minutes, and another friend lost one of her colleagues.
I'm glad to hear that your family's safe. The tv images have been most disturbing. Again, glad for you.
Thanks goodness.
I'm glad your family is safe. I'm so sorry for the hurt and confusion they must feel though.
I checked in to see how your turkey turned out and it seems so trivial. But I hope your ex-pat meal was nice.
So glad to hear your family is safe, Arduous. I really do not understand this world.
Whoo-hooo, I'm so glad your family is safe. Good thoughts there for you. Shan
