Excellent ideas, oh Ethical Consumer! Now, if I were just *better* at using chopsticks.... Seriously, need to figure out silverware. In my kids' lunches, I just put some teeny metal ones I found at a bento store. I'm thinking a yard sale selection of castoffs might fit the bill for my purse.
